Description: Our client provides a range of mental health and physical health services to children and adults across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

As a Peripatetic District Nurse (RN) you will be working across a locality within the County of Cornwall, where you will be responsible for delivering high quality, safe and innovative holistic care, covering a handful of GP practices and providing care to patients in their own homes.

This role is a fixed term contract (6-12 months) but with an option to continue in a different permanent role thereafter. As a Peripatetic District Nurse, you will change locations of work. Therefore, you will gain access to more than one setting, allowing your expertise to affect a larger scope of patients, whilst also being able to get out and about and work under your own steam.

Person Specification: RN 1st Level Registration with driving license. A varied experience base and work in a community setting is favourable.
