Part time HR Administrator BLYTH 6 months FTC, possibly longer up to circa £22k pro rata (Ref 287) 25 hours per week split over 3-5 days Our client is a highly respected organisation, with a friendly HR team. The role will focus mainly on Recruitment Administration during this very busy time. The role We are looking for an exceptional candidate who has the following skills and experience: Recruitment administration, from placing adverts, collating applications, inviting candidates to interview, organising interviews, proving interview feedback, preparing offer letters and new starter packs, right through to on-boarding administration Collect, collate and maintain HR information and records and in line with data protection principles Manage and maintain personal files and associated procedures in line with data protection requirements Diary management General HR related administration The Person Minimum of 12 month’s experience of HR Administration, including recruitment admin Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise as you will be required to handle many things at one time Experience of working to deadlines Strong ICT skills (the ability to pick up new systems and work with monitoring spreadsheets). Ability to multi task You MUST have HR Administration experience to be considered for this role and be available to start with a maximum of 2 weeks notice.
