Do you have extensive experience in HR and Project Management?

Then please get in touch, we are working with a reputable company in Swindon who are seeking an experienced individual to join their team on a fixed term contract of six months. The HR Project Manager will be responsible for assisting with planning, designing and implementing key HR projects covering multiple business units across the UK. This is a flexible role where you can work both from home and in the Swindon office. Experience is key qualifications are desirable.

What will you be doing as a HR Project Manager?

Co-ordinate the development and delivery of projects, activities and events required to deliver the overall programme target

Responsible for day to day project management, driving continuous improvement

Benchmarking HR data against industry and best practice standards

Collate and analyse cost data on current and future state

Create insights from data, using trend and metric information to define issues

Continuously identify and drive implementation of project improvements

Partner with key stakeholders and HR team to implement appropriate strategies, plans and interventions to develop project plan

Communicate with key stakeholders at all stages of the project plan

Organise and support meetings with relevant stakeholders

Prepare project communication strategy and materials

Drafting of project reports at key stages

Identify and escalate areas of concern

Preferable CIPD qualification but not necessary

Previous project management experience

Previous HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations but not essential

Experience in a global matrix organisation desirable

Strong analytical skills

Ability to interpret data and produce reports

Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines

Strong attention to detail, with ability to identify issues and escalate as appropriate

Ability to form successful working relationships quickly at all levels

Comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international organisation

Strong writing, editing and presenting skills
