A great opportunity has arisen for a Scheduling and Business Support Officer in the Northampton area. Due to a recent increase in workload, a Scheduling and Business Support Officer is now required to hit the ground running, and to assist a small team to improve the efficiency of the department. Key Duties of a Scheduling and Business Support Officer: •Scheduling and allocating repairs for the maintenance team and insuring they are done on time •Dealing with customers and contractors over the telephone and email to ensure excellent customer service is provided •Keep repairs/voids team leader updated on any issues with trades team or contractors •First point of contact for the trades team with any problems they may come across •Multi skilled role doing both scheduling work and general admin for the business To be a successful Scheduling and Business Support Officer: •Experience within customer service •Excellent communication skills •Experience on Open Housing would be desirable •High IT Knowledge •GCSE grade A-C in English and Math's or equivalent What you will get in return: •Excellent pension scheme •Flexible working •Opportunities to progress •Private health care Niyaa People represents social housing and maintenance professionals seeking freelance or permanent employment across the Midlands region from our Birmingham office.
