HR Advisor – immediate start £26,317 - £29636 per annum (pro rata) St Asaph 6 months contract 37 hours per week HR Advisor required to join an established and friendly team based in St Asaph. This varied role will involve some travel to a client base located across North Wales.The successfully appointed candidate will have employee relations experience as well as a CIPD qualification (or working towards). Responsibilities · Provide advice and solutions to Managers and staff in relation to HR issues complying with employment legislation, best practice and Group policies · Responsible for recruitment, advertisement and appointment of staff (permanent and interim) · Attend disciplinary hearings as and when the business requires · Maintain accurate information using the company’s HR software · Extensive report writing in relation to HR activity · To be a Designated Signatory for the Disclosure and Barring Service, ensuring all documentation is correctly provided. Candidate The successfully appointed HR Advisor will have the following skills and abilities: · Background working in a HR Advisor role · CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) or working towards · Employee relations experience (disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management, restructuring & redundancy, change management) · Resilient individual who can work in partnership with Managers · Excellent communicator both written and verbal · Organised and can work productively in a busy environment · Drivers licence and own vehicle to travel to offices across North wales as and when the business required.
