Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (to business needs)

This is a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Advisor who is looking to join a growing team with development opportunities. Working for a client who are based in Milton Keynes, from their newly refurbished contact centre, walking distance from Milton Keynes train station and other great transport links.

Working as part of a small, well trained and fully supported team of Sales Advisors, enabled with contact centre technology and in depth management team knowledge. Supporting highly competitive and innovative products/services in the financial sector. As a member of the Client Acquisition team, you will be responsible for the nurturing and development of prospect clients by building rapport and relationships and raising awareness of the Viva Wallet product /services with the objective of setting qualified appointments with those prospects for the field sales team mainly through outbound calling.

* Contact (mainly through outbound calling) prospective clients to drive awareness of the products the company are offering and competitive advantage with the ultimate target of setting an appointment to be attended by the field sales team
* Build rapport and business relationship by asking the right questions to get a clear idea of the prospect current needs and systems / services in place in relation to Viva Wallet offerings
* Make a positive and compelling presentation of the products/ services driven by your in depth understanding of the market and the product / services features / advantages for the specific prospect
* Close by setting an appointment for a member of the field sales team or by scheduling a call back if this option would increase success probabilities for setting an appointment
* Enter and update CRM system
* Always strive to talk to a decision maker and qualify your prospects
* Be eager to discuss and resolve issues with your supervisor in order to contribute to better call results
* Undertake all relevant training and refresh training as relevant to your role
* Promote a team spirit and be able to learn from your colleagues

Your experience:

* Experience in Outbound calling
* Proven success track record in appointment setting
* Outstanding negotiation/presentation skills with the ability to resolve issues and drive results;
* Clarity of communication to decision makers, both written and oral
* Ability to grasp market / verticals needs especially in the finance sector
* Ability to understand simple financial products / services features and advantages
* Working with any major Contact Centre platform (Genesys, Avaya, Altitude)
* Experience with CRM systems
* Experience of using social media – working in an omni channel environment
* Resilient and persistent, able to handle objections
* Motivated to succeed, both personally and financially
