I am urgently looking to appoint two SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a full-time long-term basis in a SEN School based in Cambridge for pupils with Autism.

You will need to have prior experience of supporting pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) with extremely challenging behaviour and a statement of Autism (ASC / ASD) in either an education or care setting.

This is a full-time role where if your first day goes well, once you are fully vetted (DBS, references etc), you will be asked to interview for a permanent role.

The School are an exceptional School for providing support and education for pupils with SEN and are commended on the support they offer for their staff and the level of training provided.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
