Our client is a reputable and established Software company based in Peterborough, that are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Analyst for their Technical team. They currently provide an award winning finance based software on a global level.

You're probably at the start of your IT journey, thinking where's next for me? No need to look any further, because in this position you will be exposed to countess new technologies in what is set to be a busy yet rewarding role.

With excellent communication skills, amongst passion & aptitude to make a career in this dynamic industry – you will be responsible for supporting clients that are having technical issues with its suit of applications. Customer service skills are a must in this role.

Working within the Technical Team, this role will need to:
• Keep accurate details of investigations using their ticketing system.
• Provide internal and external support, managing difficult situations with a level head
• Ideally have a working knowledge of SQL, as well as experience working with bespoke application
• An understanding of networking & servers, however this is not essential!
