These are diverse positions within Foodbuy, interacting with Customers, Suppliers and Internal Compass Functions.

Foodbuy Support Customer Service Advisors are an integral part of the Foodbuy Team, providing help and support to all Foodbuy Customers who contact us via telephone, email, live chat and helpdesk service tickets.  These individuals will serve as a first point of contact to all of our customers so a passion for customer service along with excellent communication skills is paramount.

Main responsibilitiesEnsuring that all queries are dealt with swiftly accurately ensuring more complex queries are triaged for resolution/ escalation.  Working closely with the Compass Client accounts team, External Client accounts team and Foodbuy teams to provide excellent customer service to all Foodbuy Customers.

Ensure efficient delivery of customer helpdesk support, system administration and proactive assistance to all clients and suppliers.  Continually expand knowledge on the system modules and functionality to promote maximum assistance to customers and colleagues alike.  
Ideal candidateWe are looking for flexible and adaptable Customer Service Assistants. The successful Team Member should meet the following criteria:
