Hotel Front Office Manager

Location: Old Bank Hotel - Oxford High Street - OX1 4BJ

Salary: �30,000-�35,000 per annum

Hours of Work: 40 - 48 hours per week. Rota with 5 days on and 2 days off

About the Company:

Oxford's leading luxury Hotel requires an experienced and charismatic Front Office Manager, with a Five-Star background in hospitality, who is capable of leading a small team to provide a superior level of service for our guests.

The Independently owned Old Bank Hotel recently completed a two-year long refurbishment program unveiling a brand-new luxury rooftop bedroom and terrace with unrivalled views of Oxford's famous skyline. All existing 42 bedrooms have been updated to the highest standard and quality, in line with our guests' expectations. This role reports directly to the Head of Operations.

Hotel Front Office Manager Requirements:

* Immaculate attention to detail
* Proactive and nurturing management style
* Expert organisation and the ability to perform under pressure
* Fluent verbal and written English and strong IT literacy.
* Previous managerial experience within in a luxury boutique Front Office Department is essential
* The right to work in the UK
