We at New Generation Courier Logistics are currently looking to recruit a forward-thinking Customer Service Executive based in our head office, West Bromwich.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive:

The main responsibility of the role is to deal with new and existing customer enquiries which includes but not limited:

* Updating customers daily with their delivery statuses/ETA's
* Liaising with pallet force regarding customer deliveries
* Dealing with any failed deliveries
* Handling customer complaints
* Responding to customer escalations in a professional and timely manner
* Creating and updating KPIs to measure the success

Requirements of the Customer Service Executive:

* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Outgoing personality and a 'Can do' attitude
* Organised and able to manage your time effectively
* Adaptable and flexible in times of change
* Experience in dealing with customer complaints
* Experience in dealing with customer enquires
* From a logistics background
