General Parts Manager - Full Time - Cambridge

Salary: Negotiable

The Company

Our client is in the market for decades selling trucks, parts and accessories. Their business also provide services for drivers such as road assistance, vehicle inspections and other services for trucks.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a committed individual to lead their Parts Team. Focusing on building their parts business and taking it to new heights.

- Your main focus will be to lead and manage their Cambridge Parts team, coupled with overall responsibility for their three other parts departments
- You will be responsible for setting daily, monthly and annual forecasts in terms of parts sales and profit objectives, whilst ensuring Dealership / Manufacturer relationships are maintained and Customer satisfaction is measured and monitored through manufacturer guidelines and systems
- Understanding of workshop operations as well as competence in the use of Dealer Management/Sales Systems.
- You will have the ability to work on your own initiative, manage a team and build customer relationships


The ideal candidate will be:

- You should have previous parts management experience, preferably within the commercial vehicle industry with a working knowledge of the parts processes
- Strong presentation skills and excellent computer skills
- Full driving licence is essential
