Senior Digital Product Manager Required

Department - Marketing

Hours of work - 40 hours per week. On occasion, the role may require the employee to be flexible & work additional hours as required

As the Senior Digital Product Manager, you'll be responsible for driving customer experience and growth across our lending platform, you will take on the responsibility for identifying opportunities to develop new product features and experiences to differentiate us in the market and drive additional value for our customers.

Your passion for putting the customer first and focus on creating outstanding experiences will position you perfectly to work with our teams to build market-leading products and journeys derived from data-driven and qualitative insight.

You will be involved in a range of strategic challenges; however, equally as important is your ability to get involved operationally in tasks such as: managing product backlogs; analysing performance data and developing customer insights; and working with our technology teams to implement changes, ensuring ongoing continuous health and improvement of the services and features.

What will it take to be successful?

As our ideal Senior Digital Product Manager, you will have a passion for digital products is vital and combined with your experience in eCommerce and User Experience, you will also be able to demonstrate:

- Experience working in an agile digital product environment.
- Outstanding consumer understanding and a drive to master digital analytics and performance metrics to solve any issues and improve consumer experience.
- An aptitude for new product development and a proven ability bringing new product features to market.
- Ability to define and run A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses relating to acquisition and engagement strategies.
- Knowledge and understanding of lending products and their digital propositions (desirable)
- A sound understanding of key marketing principles and drivers (desirable)
- Ability to lead and coach a team to adapt to new ways of working

Key responsibilities of the Senior Digital Product Manager:

- Define and implement the customer experience strategy and roadmap that aligns with our marketing and platform strategy
- Lead a multidisciplinary agile delivery team to deliver a holistic and consistent customer experience across all our digital propositions
- Interpret user research and customer segmentation in order to make the correct product decisions
- Keep continually abreast of changes to user habits, preferences and behaviours across various platforms and their implications for successful delivery of the strategy
- Keep continually interpreting qualitative and quantitative user data to identify how that existing product can be improved
- Create detailed, prioritised product descriptions allowing both the customer journey and business benefit to be easily understood
- Disseminate an understanding of the digital marketplace, including best practice, methodologies and skills
