Customer Service Advisor

Location: London, SE1 1RB

Salary: �15,000 per annum

Hours of Work: 25 hours 9:30-3pm

Paper Round started life in 1988 as a small Friends of the Earth project. The Group provides total waste management, office supplies, secure data destruction, and food recycling to businesses and the public sector. From our closed-loop recycling solutions, to charity donations; our ethical stance isn't just lip service, it's an integral part of who we are and what we do! Our clients range from facilities management firms at large multi-tenant skyscrapers, to financial institutions, charities and media firms and from SMEs to food service chains.

With excellent customer experience at the heart of what we do, we are looking to increase our Helpdesk team, to support our growing customer base. As our Customer Service Advisor, you will be our customers first point of contact and so you need to be confident in communicating with a wide range of people and be able to deal with issues, whilst maintaining an upbeat and professional manner.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

* Processing client bookings and service requests.
* Responding to customer enquiries, taking ownership of a query to ensure it is resolved.
* Supporting our Account Managers by assisting with enquiries.
* Deal with customer queries via telephone and email.
* Build and maintain good rapport with the clients you are working with.
* Deal with simple pricing and invoicing queries.
* Talk to our clients about the additional services we can offer when appropriate.

Customer Service Advisor Requirements:

* 1 year's Customer Service experience
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Great customer service skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* A proactive approach when managing your workload and client issues
* A positive approach to work, looking for solutions, not problems in the tasks at hand
* Excellent attention to detail
