Database Support - London - 6 months

A leading UK charity based in Central London with a turnover of around �45m is seeking an experienced Raiser's Edge CRM Data base Support Engineer for an initial 6-month contract.

This 2 nd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting the charities users on their current Raisers Edge Database. You'll also be responsible for developing and providing training to new and current users on the Raisers Edge Database.

To be considered for the role you must have:

- Previously worked in a Support role with Raisers Edge or similar CRM

- Worked in a 2 nd Line Support capacity providing triaging and resolving users' issues

- Developed and provided training to users ideally on Raiser Edge or similar CRM

- Engaged with teams to support data collection, storage and processing methods whilst maintaining GDPR policies
