Customer Support Associate

Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire HP21 8SZ

Salary: �20,000 per annum, rising to �22,000 upon completion of the CS&ID Development Programme

Hours of Work: Rota basis between 7.45am and 6pm please can this be added.

About the Customer Support Associate role:

At The Share Centre, investing in our People and the future of our business is key, and as a Customer Support Associate within Customer Service & Investment Dealing (CS&ID) you'll have the opportunity to learn all department functions on rotation over a 2 year period (post probation) to enable you to build a longstanding career within the Share Centre. The role will give you exposure to all elements of the Customer Service and Investment Dealing Team, enabling you to gain a broad level of experience in all manner of customer service, administration and investment dealing functions, from supporting customers over the phones, to placing orders and managing stock transfers.

At the end of the 2 year development programme, you'll join one of the specific areas in a permanent capacity to enable you to utilise the wide range of tools and lessons learned from your time spent across the Team.

You'll receive extensive on-the-job training on each rotation of the programme, as well as more specialised training in areas such as the protection of client assets (CASS) and similar regulatory compliance requirements.

Customer Support Associate Requirements:

* Energetic, enthusiastic and motivated, with a drive to develop yourself to join a team that is committed to providing excellent customer experience and service, in a lively and fast paced workplace.
* You'll need to be confident, a strong communicator, proactive, flexible and display a willingness to learn new things, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience of dealing with customers in any capacity would be useful, it's not essential - what is essential is a positive attitude and the desire to put the customer at the heart of everything we do!
* A-level, BTEC, NVQ or equivalent
* Familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook and well-developed written and verbal communication skills - additional training will be provided on all internal Share Centre systems.
* A willingness to be a team player as well as to take the lead at times will be required.
* As a CS&ID Customer Support Associate you'll have the passion to do the right thing for the customer and a willingness to go the extra mile.

* We offer a starting salary range of �20K per annum, rising to �22K upon completion of the CS&ID Development Programme, alongside:
