Great New Opportunity in Pub & Restaurant

Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at this Fantastic Bar & Restaurant south of Bath for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving fresh, locally sourced food to guests for lunch & dinner service.

The Role

* Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
* Working in the AA Rosette level kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service - 4 days per week, 3 days off!!
* Strong Management skills

The Person

* You will already be a Sous or Junior Sous wanting to step up
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working in a AA rosette kitchen
* Good attention to detail
* Steady Career History. Not long spells of relief or overseas work.

Salary & Benefits

Salary to �26k plus �4k tips = �30k package
All meals
28 days holiday
