My client is looking for an Acquisition Surveyor to join their team in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will be hard working, have a positive attitude and outstanding communication skills.

Candidates should have full range of acquisition skills which include negotiating terms, site finding and site surveys. Previous planning experience for new builds and upgrade projects. You should also have an understanding of the ECC.

My client is looking for a candidate who has built up a portfolio of sites which include new builds and upgrades. This will be from commencement through to legal completion. You should have experience of being responsible for meeting internal and external KPI's.

�L & T knowledge
�Lease Reading
�Strong negotiation skills
�Site surveys visits
�MSVs
�Liaison with design


The ideal candidate will have strong acquisition background. This role will be field, and office based, however working from home could be considered depending on location.
