Payroll Administrator

Location: Flixton, M41

Permanent position

Salary; �20K -�23K

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

We are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our busy head office located in Flixton.

Ideally we would like you to have; experience of working in a fast paced payroll environment, general payroll knowledge and Microsoft Excel knowledge.

High degree of input accuracy and attention to detail is a must.

We are a very busy Recruitment Agency so previous experience from recruitment will be advantages but is not essential.


* Collating timesheets from administrators, interpreting them with the relevant contracts and writing up onto control sheets

* Transfering hours onto the contral sheets

* Inputting Control sheets into the payroll system

* Making sure that all information is accurate

* Producing invoices from the system and validating these to timesheet in advance of dispatch to the client

* Inputting of new starters , bank details, other relevant data and processing of leavers on the payroll System

* Dealing with wage queries and processing them

Preferable skills:

* Experience of working in a fast paced payroll environment (preferably recruitment)

* General payroll knowledge

* Microsoft excel knowledge

* "Tempaid" software experience desirable

* High degree of input accuracy

* Attention to Detail
