LOCATION: Midlands region (Birmingham, Stafford, Worcester , Rugby , Burton Upon Trent) 
Regional Field Sales Executive 

SALARY & BENEFITS: £28k -£30k basic + Commission. Company Car, Private mileage, Smartphone, Tablet & Laptop included

WORKING HOURS: Up to 40 hours per week

THE COMPANY: Over the last 35 years our client has dominated the low vision and optical market by providing innovative solutions to both the public and private sectors. Due to this continued growth and success they are now looking for a Regional Field Sales Executive to join their team and grow with them. 

THE ROLE: As a Regional Sales Executive you will plan and manage your own territory effectively to maximise sales potential. Utilising a long-established sales database, you will need to engage with existing clients to maintain and develop existing business. In addition to developing the existing sales channel the successful candidate will be expected to source new business using their previous experience in lead generation. The role is field based and as such requires the successful candidate to stay away from home as and when required. This role will cover the Midlands area ranging from Norfolk, across the Midlands to Shrewsbury. Ideal central locations for candidates would be around the Birmingham, Stafford, Worcester , Rugby , Burton Upon Trent area although applications are encouraged from candidates from around Norwich, Ipswich, Chester and Shrewsbury also.

Key Responsibilities to include:-

• Identify, negotiate and manage new strategic relationships across vertical markets.
• Proactive development of existing accounts to drive sales and increase client spend
• Build solid, lasting relationships with new and existing customers, to secure long-term revenue streams
• Delivery of first class customer relationship management during the sales process and beyond
• Introduce new products effectively to the market

THE CANDIDATE: The Regional Field Sales Executive will be a hungry and driven professional with a high degree of professionalism and suited to being on the road. You will be expected to be self-motivated and have excellent time management skills as you autonomously focus on your results. Due to the nature being a Regional Field Sales Executive you must hold a Full UK driving licence and be happy to travel. 

Key experience essential for the Regional Field Sales Executive role:

• Excellent computer literate and telephone skills are essential 
• Territory planning and lead generation
• Presentation skills are highly desirable 
• A Full UK Driving Licence is essential 
• Happy with working staying away from home on frequent basis covering the midland area ( ideally located around Birmingham, Stafford, Worcester , Rugby , Burton Upon Trent)
