Our client a large telecommunications company are looking for a QUENSH Supervisor to join their team on a long term contract basis.

The primary responsibility of the QUENSH Supervisor is to:
�Attend complex and high risk site operations to coordinate all skillsets and ensure all activities are carried out safely and in accordance with current legislation.
�To review all site documentation and certification.
�Conduct spot H&S and quality audits on both internal and external staff.
�To liaise with site providers, customers and vendors.

Responsible for:
�On site Health and safety management.
�In build quality monitoring and mentoring of internal and external staff.
�Reviewing all site documentation for all trades employed on site.
�Delivering daily site inductions & tool box talks.
�Monitoring correct waste disposal processes are followed with site waste.
�Act as Slinger Banksman or lift supervisor.
�Ensuring there are suitable management arrangements for the project including the provision of welfare facilities for use by contractors/ staff
�Providing construction information to designers and contractors.
�Emergency arrangements are in place including first aid provision
�Fissara Champion for field implementation and support
�On site drugs and alcohol testing.

5.Good Site Management Skills
6.Good IT Skills (Excel, Word, Access etc)
7.Experience and knowledge of the Telecoms Mobile Industry

12.Able to work in a Team environment and an effective team player
13.Ability to manage complexity and changing targets
14.Prepared to work out of hours either overnights or weekends.
15.Full driving license

16.Project Management accreditation Health and Safety accreditation i.e. IOSH, CDM
17.Rooftop Safety Course, RF awareness
18.English and Maths GCSE Grade B or equivalent
19.Street works Supervisor qualification
20.CSCS Certification
21.NRSWA act supervisor accreditation
22.Vendor experience

Some travel to other UK headquarters required. Late or weekend working may be required
