Salary: �16,000 - �18,000 per annum + �2,400 commission P/A

Contract Type: Temporary

Location: Sale

Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am - 5:30pm and Friday: 9am - 5pm NO WEEKENDS!

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Taylor Edwards Financial Management to join our Claims Processing Team.

As a Claims Management Company dedicated to providing high quality customer service, we are looking for candidates who can help us to continue to achieve this. We specialise in the reclamation of mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance on behalf of our clients and pride ourselves on a high uphold rate. We are currently recruiting for employees to help us continue upholding client's complaints until the end of PPI.

Duties of the Information Request Officer:

* Processing inbound Claimant and Lender mail and inputting new data on to the CRM system.
* Submitting new claims to Banks/Lenders.
* Follow up calls to Claimants for varying aspects of claim responses.
* Making outbound client calls to obtain authority to claim
* Managing submissions to lenders both in spreadsheet and formal DSAR letter format
* Assisting with the maintenance of the company's paper archives

Responsibilities of the Information Request Officer:

* Meet and exceed all daily / monthly targets
* Ensure that data protection is constantly adhered to
* Maintaining and updating your personal spreadsheets, as well as updating the lender spreadsheets and making sure that there are no errors on them
* Checking all Letters of Authority for any discrepancies on the forms which may delay the client's claimant process

Requirements of the Information Request Officer:

* Be confident working in a fast-paced environment
* Hardworking with quality being paramount when dealing with all cases
* Able to maintain a busy workload and prioritise effectively
* Confident telephone manner
* Always conducting yourself in a professional manner
* Preferably with previous experience in either customer service or data entry roles
