Business Development Manager

Location: Dartford

Salary: up to �30k basic, OTE �48k uncapped commission (min �750 per completion), all negotiable

Hours: Flexi-hours. As long as you are meeting your target each month you can effectively make your own hours. You will need to be in our client's office each day but hours and days off are totally negotiable.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

* Seek out and contact suitable UK businesses offering our clients digital marketing service
* You will develop your own system on how best to approach and connect with the right potential clients
* You will be targeting both businesses who have never advertised on Google before, as well as businesses that are already established on Google, but may not be doing well with their current marketing agency
* Some businesses are not aware that major improvements can be made to their website and PPC account that could in some cases make their campaign up to 500% more profitable, so a free review is something you should also be offering

Requirements of the Business Development Manager:

* You should already be experienced in effective ways to generate your own leads, whether you choose to use Linked-in or other unique methods
* The ideal client would be one that survives on generating leads, who is likely to spend upwards of �10k per month on advertising
* Experience of making proactive outgoing telephone calls
* Excellent customer interaction skills
* Strong organisational, administrative and telephone skills
* Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and follow through on commitments
* Excellent attention to detail such that customer orders and information are accurate
* Confident telephone manner
* Computer literate (MS Office)
