Development Project Manager – Onshore Wind

�40,000 - �50,000 DOE plus benefits

Based in Inverness or Perth – Scotland

We are looking for a Development Project Manager to help the Onshore Wind Development plans of an established company within Europe. This role has the potential to develop into project managing the development of Onshore Wind sites through the EIA (Environment Impact Assessment) process through to construction.

As a Development Project Manager, you will have the responsibilities of:

* Identifying and assessing new potential sites
* Analysing those sites using GIS (Geographic information system)
* Landowner negotiations using Land feasibility studies
* Contract Management
* Managing grid connections
* Analysis of environmental impact assessments (EIA)
* The opportunity to travel (Europe/Overseas)

To be considered for the role of Development Project Manager, you will need the following skills and experience:

* Project management experience and the ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
* Knowledge and experience of the development process for onshore wind
* Relevant degree in surveying, planning, environmental or similar disciplines or equivalent experience/qualifications
* Experience in using Microsoft packages; GIS, Wind Pro or equivalent
* Experience of the planning system and environmental impact assessment in the UK
* The ability to confidently lease with landowners and their representatives

Salary + Benefits

* Competitive salary of �40,000 - �50,000 DOE
* 25 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays
* Up to 15% pension
