This programme is available to all graduates and undergraduates looking for a pathway into teaching in primary, secondary and special education needs (SEN) schools, with graduates of all subjects welcomed.

Future Teachers overview;

* Up-to 1-year graduate support role prior to beginning your teacher training the following year through one of our partners schools initial teacher training programme.
* Applicants must be educated to degree level (or completing their degree) and be looking to pursue a career as a teacher in the future.
* Earn up to �1300 per month whilst gaining invaluable experience in a variety of education settings.

You should:

* Have a degree.
* Know which subjects you would be interested in specialising in.
* Be a confident, dedicated individual.
* Have previous experience working with children and young people (desired but not essential.)
