Head Chef Opportunity in Bar & Restaurant

Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their busy restaurant with rooms serving all fresh, locally sourced produce. This is an opportunity for a Head Chef or Sous looking for promotion to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy kitchen. The property is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner service and has a modern seasonal menu.

The Role

Working closely with the Group Head Chef and General Manager
Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products
Manage, Coach, Train and develop the junior chefs
Maintaining the Hygiene & Cleaning in the Kitchen to High Standards
Managing GP targets & Food Costs

The Person

Already working as a Head Chef or Experienced Sous on promotion
Excellent Communicator & People person
Experience of Fresh Food kitchen
Good Kitchen manager
Strong Planning and GP costing skills

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary to �38k plus tips & bonus
Meals & Uniform
28 days holiday
