My client is based in a small market town a little over 20 miles from Oxford. The small property pride themselves on great food and great services for their customers.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hospitality professional who has perhaps operated as Restaurant Manager/F&B Manager or Senior Duty Manager with the flair and passion to join this beautifully styled 4 star hotel that also holds 2 rosettes in the restaurant.

Within this property as the Assistant Manager your key duties will be

- Overseeing and supporting Reception / Reservations / F&B and the restaurant

- Assisting with rotas
- Ongoing training and development of your staff
- Responsible for managing the daily services and assisting guests where ever possible.
- Responsible for the presentation and selection of the dining areas ready for service.
- To handle all guests complaints / concerns diligently, rapidly and professionally, in order to ensure maximum guest satisfaction is attained while protecting the best interests of the hotel
- You will also have Duty Management duties where you will also be responsible for looking after the hotel (training will be provided for this).

Who should apply for this role?

- An experienced hospitality manager who has overseen 1 or 2 departments
- Ideally experience of working in a rosette environment.
- A very hands on approach with service and training
- An exceptional eye for detail where only the best will do
- A professional who has a progressive CV showing stability and loyalty through commitment and service to previous employers.
- Happy to be the face of the property in the absence of the GM and Deputy GM
