Are you a recent graduate looking for experience with mental health or disadvantaged individuals? Teaching Personnel may have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for graduates who come from a Psychology or Educational background to work in an alternative provision providing support to individuals who struggle with social, emotional and mental health.

The role:

The initial role will involve working with students one to one or in small groups; you will build positive learning experiences while developing their skills and confidence to become more successful within education. It’s a great opportunity to work with individuals building their self esteem and knowledge so that they can show initiative and accept responsibility for their actions. The opportunity to work for an Ofsted rated “good” school and to gain experience working along side SEMH and Behavioural professionals is something that can not be missed!

Candidate Role and Requirements:

* Psychology or Educational degree
* Graduated by July 2019
* 1 on 1 and small group work
* Delivering intervention
* Behaviour Management
* Available Monday to Friday 08:30 till 15:30
* Previous experience desirable but not essential


* Full time position including holiday pay
* �60-70 a day, paid by Teaching Personnel’s payroll system every Friday
* Exclusive access to online and in house CPD courses
* The chance to gain recognised qualifications such as a safeguarding level 2, Team Teach, Moving and Handling, SEN Diploma level 2-4, Child psychology and many more!
* Opportunity for gaining a permanent contract
* Dedicated consultant who will support you through the placement.
