Teaching Personnel are working with a Fantastic Primary school located in outskirts of Gloucester city, who are looking for an Administrative Assistant.

This school are looking for someone to work 4 full days a week:
Starting in September and this role is until the end of June.
This is covering a Maternity leave post.

The hours of this role are:

Monday, Tuesday and Friday - 8.45am until 3.15pm
and Thursday's - 9am til 3pm.

This school is a one form entry school, situated in a residential area.
They are a mixed foundation school of non-denominational religion, which caters for children aged 4 to 11 years. There are currently 230 children on roll. The school reflects the local community in that we have children from a wide range of social and cultural backgrounds.

Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential.

The basic adminstrative tasks will include:

* Dealing with parents
* creating letters
* Answering the phone
* Basic money counting
