At Teaching Personnel we understand that your Degree will have enabled you to gain a comprehensive understanding of child health and wellbeing and the opportunity to explore the influences on child and adolescent mental health, whilst studying the social, cultural, political and developmental contexts of childhood and youth around the world.

We also appreciate that you will have gained a valuable insight into the key factors that impact upon learning, immersing yourself in child development and psychology whilst focusing on the fundamental principles of working and teaching in early years or primary settings.

Teaching Personnel are actively seeking candidates just like YOU, who can use their knowledge to support young people, specifically in SEN Schools! Whether you’re seeking a career supporting the learning and development, health and wellbeing or social welfare of children and young people, we can find a role to suit you!

The role will involve working alongside young people with varying needs including Autism, Physical Disabilities, ADHD, Social Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties and Sensory Impairments.

Teaching Personnel work with various SEN School across Lancashire and would value the opportunity to assist you in finding the perfect role to suit the skills you have acquired throughout your Degree.

Working hours are generally 8:30am – 3:30pm, 5 days a week! Whilst we are an agency, we are also able to find you a longer term or permanent role, should you wish! However, if you would like to gain experience in varying schools on a short-term basis, we also have roles to suit you too!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
