We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 4 Senior Support Worker to join the Adult Disabilities Services team on the beautiful Island of Guernsey , in the Channel Islands.
The Service supports people with learning disabilities and autism in a variety of settings. These include residential homes, supported living, outreach and day services. There is also a brand new autism hub opening soon.
As a support worker, depending on your skills and knowledge, you may be based in any one of these teams.

Please note; Guernsey has adopted the AfC banding system, but have applied their own salary scale.
The current Guernsey Band 4 salary is up to �27,181 plus an annual bonus of �1,120 and higher penalty rates; 36% evening/Saturday and 72% Sunday/BH.

The island of Guernsey is in the Channel Islands and has a population of 65,000. It has some of the British Isles' finest and best-kept beaches , a mild and sunny climate , and an offbeat, historic harbor town in St. Peter's Port, the island's capital.

Person Requirements:
An experienced Support Worker, qualified to NVQ 3 level or equivalent.
At least two years full-time, permanent experience in an Adult Learning Disabilities setting.
Current clean driving licence.
