Training rate will be minimum wage, increasing to £9ph once fully trained

This is a varied role in a 24-hour business, shift patterns will involve working hours with some evenings/weekends arranged on a rolling Rota.


Evening and day shifts positions available


AAA2B is Horsham's largest and only 24-hour Private Hire Company.


We have a large customer database which is growing along with the size of our fleet. The Taxi Industry is currently going through rapid change with the use of new technologies and AAA2B is utilising these technologies to improve service and remain Horsham's leading taxi company.


The role will be to join the existing team booking taxis, airport transfers and Executive travel services.


This is a position that will require the candidate to work quickly and accurately using the latest dispatch software. The candidate will need to have good keyboard skills, good general IT skills including spreadsheets and web browsers.


In addition to taking telephone bookings, the role involves checking bookings made on our Website booking engine, smartphone App and email bookings/enquiries.


The candidates will also need to be able to adapt to change as our software and technologies develop. Being part of the team requires the candidate to provide feedback on changes and constructively give input on how improvements can be made.


- The ideal candidates will come from a customer contact  or Call Centre environment ( experience of speaking to customers on the phone and good IT skills is essential)


- Knowledge of the Icabbi dispatch system desirable.
