Our client, a busy hotel is recruiting a Chef de Partie to complete the brigade. This is a well established business which has a changing menu offering daily specials as well as a Seasonal British Menu using all fresh products to AA rosette level. The property also has a busy weddings and functions business.

The Role

* Reporting to the Head Chef you will deputise in his absence
* Working in the 1AA Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
* Organised and motivated
* Mature focus and outlook

The Person

Experience of cooking to ideally AA Rosette level
Able to work on each section
High level of initiative & reliability
Genuine team player

Salary & Benefits

Salary to �24k + tips
