Our client secondary school is looking for a full time Maths graduate to start with them in September assisting within their Maths department. The successful graduate of Maths (or accounting and finance or a related subject) will be working within a large Maths department supporting students who aren’t quite secondary ready and are in need of Numeracy support.

To that end, the school will be able to support the successful Mathematician with enrolment onto a Numeracy Enrichment Programme. This is a fixed term position for a year in the first instance with the possibilities endless following a successful year as a Maths TA. The successful Maths TA will be fulfilling the role supporting year 7s at the beginning of the academic year. As the year progresses, towards December, the focus will switch to supporting the year 9 and 10s in light of the mock exams and then into the new year, the successful Maths graduate will be supporting year 11s preparing for their GCSEs.
