Location: Thornbury

Salary: �110 - �160 a day

Full/Part Time

Teaching personnel is seeking to appoint a PE teacher to start in September at an ambitious comprehensive on the outskirts of Bristol. They thrive on proving high quality learning fostered through a culture and climate of high expectations. Their sporting provisions provide students with a broad and balanced curriculum that gives them a taste of a range of sports and activities. Your role as a PE teacher will be to inspire students to take part in physical activity in and outside of school, give them a range of opportunities to explore and ensure all pupils progress, develop and are challenged. The school is looking for a PE teacher who can create engaging and interactive lessons that motivate students to achieve their full potential.

As a PE teacher you will have QTS and experience teaching in a secondary school setting. You will be forward thinking and have an adaptable approach to ensure differentiation and accessibility for all. Excellent behaviour management skills is vital as well as the willingness to take on challenges and responsibilities. You must be flexible, passionate and motivated in providing excellent practical/theoretical PE experiences.
