We have an opportunity for a talented store manager to come onboard and lead the team at our Costa Coffee store based at The Queen's Medical Centre, Nottingham

The Queen's Medical Centre or QMC, is one of the largest teaching hospitals within the UK, and is one of our flagship units which is constantly delivering year of year growth
Main responsibilitiesAs our Costa Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the store efficiently and effectively manage the team to deliver an excellent customer experience, and also to be a brand ambassador.

Adhering to all Costa standards, policies & procedures, ensuring that all brand standards are delivered throughout the shift to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Completing all relevant COSTA check, standards, food & health and safety checks.
Ideal candidateThe type of applications that we would be interested in seeing, is individuals that have a proven track record of delivering profitable sales success within a retail food environment, ideally a coffee related operation.

Detailed experience in the mentoring and development of their staff, achieving consistent high audits outcome, profit protection, labour management and GP. Excellent interpersonal capability.

This is a Monday to Friday role working 1 in 4 weekend, the successful candidate will also go through a detailed induction plan as part of their onboarding process
