Amazing opportunity for an ambitious Junior Account Manager / Customer Success Executive who is tech savvy and has their sights set on becoming a Senior Account Manager is needed to join a high-growth, market leading tech company in Watford. As a Junior Account Manager, you will play an instrumental role delivering smooth projects with large clients.

Working alongside a highly experienced team, this role is ideal for someone who has gained some agency experience, has a love of all things tech and is looking for an opportunity to progress in seniority.

With clients that include Santander, Transport for London and First Group (to name just a few), this exciting tech business has become firmly entrenched as an industry leader within the mobile ticketing space. Due to ongoing expansion they are now seeking a Junior Account Manager / Customer Success Executive to support Senior AMs, learning all aspects of the AM role to ensure their awesome portfolio of blue-chip clients receive the best possible service at all times.

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the Junior Account Manager / Customer Success Executive will act as a day-to-day contact for clients, supporting them throughout their project lifecycles (project scoping, progress, outcome and beyond). Ensuring high quality standards and deliverables are met at all times expect to play a hands-on role meeting clients, liaising with internal project teams and providing first class client support. The successful Junior AM will take every opportunity to learn from the team, progressing both personally and professionally into a Senior Account Manager role.

To qualify... Whether you call yourself a Junior Account Manager / Account Manager / Senior Account Executive / Client Services Exec / AM / Customer Success Executive or similar, we don`t mind, your CV just needs to demonstrate:

- Experience gained within a similar client facing and / or project delivery role, ideally within an agency environment;
- A professional appearance and outlook (you`ll be responsible for large client accounts);
- The ability to build lasting and fruitful relationships;
- That you are a hands-on, problem solver who possesses a positive attitude;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Strong communication skills.
