We are looking for Teaching Assistants with excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills and the ability to deal with complex issues.

Teaching Personnel work with both Primary schools and SEN schools, as a Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for supporting students ranging from Early Years upwards, some of which have a range of complex needs including Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and complex behavioural difficulties. Therefore previous experience working in a similar environment is important but not necessary for working with our SEN schools. The right attitude, the right work ethic, empathy and initiative trumps experience every time - so don't undersell yourself, you can do it!

Candidates must be:

* Able to commute to either Liverpool OR Wirral area
