Shaw heathcare is looking for a Administration Assistant to join the Head Office Finance Department in St Mellons, Cardiff.

This role is a fixed term contract for 6 months.

30 hours/week

£9.43/hour
Main responsibilities



Objectives





To assist with all general administrative duties relating to the Income & Credit Control section.


To perform all other duties as detailed below on a day to day basis.





Principal duties




Practice Expectations


At all times to provide excellent customer service for both internal and external clients and to work to the highest standards in all KPI’s

General Management


To ensure that all fee splits and journals are authorised as necessary and at the relevant time i.e. before the charge for the fee splits and before closedown for the journals


Each week to review and identify the outstanding contract position, maintain the database and report the position to Service Managers, Operation Managers and the Group Financial Controller.


Act to reduce all outstanding contracts by liaising with internal and external stakeholders


Act to reduce public body credit balances by reconciling the system and liaising with external stakeholders.


Any other duties as required by the Income & Credit Control Manager.

Relationships


To develop and maintain close and effective working relationships with colleagues across the company.

Health and Safety


At all times to take personal responsibility for all health and safety matters in the working environment.
