Job IntroductionThis is an exciting opportunity to join our contact centre,
Skipton Direct, to support us with our change strategy over the next twelve
months. We have an ambitious roadmap which sets out key initiatives that we
need to deliver, and you will be responsible for some of these innovative
initiatives. Implementing new technology will form part of the strategy with
the aim of to deliver an exceptional and efficient service to our members.  This will include researching what’s
currently out there on the market, what we need in order to improve and what
will that look like for us going forward. You will have ownership over this
process from start to finish; from shaping the business plans to present to our
internal change board to working with our procurement team and external vendors
to implement the relevant changes.
