Teaching Personnel are looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to provide exemplary support to our client schools SEN department.

* September 2019 start date
* Full time role, term time only
* Working hours 8:30am – 3pm
* �275 - �350 per week

The successful Learning Support Assistant will join our client schools SEN department and will receive fantastic training and development opportunities from the off-set with scope to positively influence the lives of students. This role will be commencing in September 2019 and running throughout the following academic year.

The role of a Learning Support Assistant involves working with students across Years 7-13 in a variety of subject areas, either on a 1-1 basis or in small groups. You will support students with Special Educational Needs to provide encouragement and to support them in their academic progress. The post offers an exceptional opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant who wishes to achieve further progression in the future.

This role is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants or Graduates looking to gain experience before commencing Teacher Training in 2020. You will extend your experience working with young adults and will support in lessons to observe a range of teaching styles and techniques.

Our client school is a vibrant secondary school with just over 900 pupils on roll. The school is based in South Manchester and is located just a short drive from the city centre, easily accessible via public transport and Metrolinks.
