Teaching Personnel are looking for strong willed and nurturing teaching assistants to support pupils within our client schools across the Teesside area.

* Full time and part time teaching assistant roles available
* Immediate or delayed start dates available
* Competitive rate of pay - up to �1200 per month
* Experience working with students with SEN/SEMH is essential

Teaching Assistants with experience of supporting students with challenging behaviour or Social Emotional Mental Health are needed across secondary schools in Teesside. As a specialist Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with the SENCOs in our client schools alternative provision/inclusion units. Successful applicants will be required to support pupils with behavioural difficulties on a 1:1 and basis assisting them in reaching their academic and behavioural targets.

The ideal candidate will be able to build positive relationships with students and staff across our client schools and will be required to work with students who display disruptive, anti-social and aggressive behaviour; because of this we are looking for someone who is able to diffuse situations in a confident and calming manner.

Experience working with young people with SEN/SEMH is essential for this role.
