Location: Oxford City Centre

Salary: �26,000-�28,000 per annum

Hours of Work: 48 hour working week (Sunday to Monday rota with two days off)

Situated in Oxford City Centre, our client is an independent, lively restaurant in an iconic Victorian conservatory. The Mediterranean inspired menu uses the best ingredients, simply prepared and expertly cooked. Our client remains loyal to its traditions of providing quality food and service in the most beautiful restaurant in Oxford.

The Restaurant is part of a collection of restaurants and hotels in central Oxford, comprising their Restaurant, the Old Parsonage Hotel, Parsonage Grill, the Old Bank Hotel and Quod Restaurant.

Junior Sous Chef Requirements:

Our client is looking for a reliable Junior Sous Chef to join their Kitchen. Over time, there will be opportunities for you to develop within their Company. The ideal candidate will:

* Passionate and knowledgeable about food
* Able to work under intense pressure
* Have effective time management skills
* Have experience in a similar thriving busy restaurant.
