Were seeking a dynamic, fast paced, Technical Support Advisor to join our team.

You will be technically minded and a natural born problem solver who enjoys customer and client interaction. Most importantly you will deliver impeccable service in a friendly, timely manner.

What youll do in your new role as a Technical Support Advisor:

- Working as part of a team to meet department service level agreements.
- Ability to identify problems quickly and implement resolutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets
- Configuring software for our clients
- Providing exceptional technical support
- Servicing all internal and external technical support requests within service level agreements.
- Proactively investigating and recommending solutions for first time fixes.

To excel as our Technical Support Advisor, youll need:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Open to new ways to working, ability to work independently and adapt to change.
