Excellent role with Country Inn & Fine Dining Restaurant

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in Stow on the Wold for a Sous Chef to work in the restaurant at this country hotel. The Hotel has a fine dining restaurant with all dishes cooked with fresh seasonal produce. The Head Chef comes from a strong 2AA rosette background and is cooking at this level.

The Role

* Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
* Running and managing the Main Kitchen in his absence
* Encouraging, motivating and developing Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals for the restaurant

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef in ideally a hotel or fine dining restaurant
* Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
* Have experience of working to 1-2AA rosette level
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History
