General Company Assistant

A great opportunity to join a small friendly, family run company located in Ferring, West Sussex.
The successful applicant must have common sense, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. They must be flexible with their duties and be able to work as part of a small close-knit team as well as working independently.

Must be passionate about delivering a high-quality service in a professional manner and have good people skills.

Duties to include: -

- Answering Phone Calls & Receiving Orders
- Processing Orders Including all Aspects Through to Picking/Packing & Despatch
- Stock Control
- Purchasing
- Monitoring Social Media

Skills/Experience that would be Beneficial: -

- Knowledge & Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word & Excel
- Some Sales/Accounting Experience Desirable (preferably in Sage)
- Must be Computer Literate & have a Good Telephone Manner
