Fantastic Career Opportunity for Sous Chef with Country Dining Pub & Restaurant

Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef for their country dining pub restaurant near Winchester. They are looking for Chef with experience of working with all fresh food to ideally a AA rosette standard. The role will a mixture of straight and split shifts over 5 days.

The Role

* Working on each section of the kitchen
* Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence
* Managing and ordering for your own section


* You will already be working as a Sous Chef in Rosette awarded luxury 4* hotel, pub or restaurant kitchen
* Ability to work on each section
* Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations

Salary & Benefits

* Salary to �28-30k
