To support the project management control, integration and delivery of the LTEWP Project within the Air Service and in particular:
• Implement close collaborative working with the multi-functional teams delivering the project to ensure effective flow down of requirements and of performance and delivery management of outputs and deliverables.
• Support the implementation of the appropriate project lifecycle, including phase and contract reviews, and project management plan and processes.
• Drive the project to deliver to the customer time, cost & quality commitments and Identify and drive continuous quality and performance improvement on the project where possible.
• Coordinate the status of and forecasting against the project baseline, configure and manage change to the baseline throughout the project
• Operate in a manner that drives effective team work, collaboration and engagement across customer, partners, external suppliers/teams and internal suppliers/teams.
• Support the LTEWP Project Manager with customer engagement, stakeholder management and day to day control, management and delivery of the project.
• Identify and drive continuous quality and performance improvement on the project.

The successful candidate will be required to perform tasks suitable to the internal level of this role. The role will contain, but will not be limited to, the following:

Contract Integrated Schedule
• Support to management of the Project Schedules including arranging and attending monthly schedule reviews & updating schedules as necessary using Microsoft Project
• Support to dependency mngt through management of the Interface Matrix including monthly update

Contract Risk Integration
• Management of UK risk, arrange monthly risk reviews & action agreed outputs in Predict! Database

Meeting prep
• Management of supplier visits including booking visitors on site, booking of suitable venue, sending invites, capturing of actions and communicating these to the attendees.

Support to the UK cost only CSR
• Support to the Lead as required, support collation of information to inform the One Team CSR

Support to delivery of the Project
• Change management of UK scope and hold monthly change management review
• Support to LCM gate reviews as required including set up, pack creation and ensuring actions are completed
