Sous Chef - Excellent Opportunity with Busy Hotel at Birmingham Airport

Our client based at this busy property at Birmingham Airport is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity to join a busy hotel that offers guests food in a busy high volume restaurant and bar as well as functions and weddings. The hotel is on a direct bus route from Birmingham & Coventry and offers straight shifts.

The Role

* Working in the high volume restaurant
* Assisting & Deputising for the Head Chef - kitchen management duties
* Working with all fresh food
* Preparing meals for restaurant and functions
* Ensuring Health & Safety & Hygiene regulations at all times

The Person

* Already an experienced Chef de Partie or Strong Jr Sous Chef
* Experience of working in a busy Hotel ideally with some corporate/C&B experience
* Excellent communication skills as will manage brigade in chefs absence
* Capable and able to work unsupervised

Salary & Benefits

Salary to �10.50 per hour - all hours paid

5 Straight Shifts per week
