Customer Service Representative (Field Based) - Internally know as an Energy And Property Partner

Location: Poole

Salary: �20,125.26 per annum with bonus scheme earnings up to �30k+

They are the leading supplier of EPCs and inventories to the residential property sector,

completing in excess of 145,000 jobs per year.

The Customer Service Representative role:

This is a full time permanent position where you will be working independently in the field, aligned to a designated region where the majority of your work will be. You will need to be flexible and work to a high standard, whilst meeting daily deadlines and adhering to your schedule. One of your main skills will be building rapport with customers, along with high attention to detail to ensure your reports are consistently excellent. You will also need independent access to a vehicle that can be used for business use.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

* Undertake EPC's on domestic properties using iPad software in the field
* Undertake Inventory related property assessments using various pieces of software in the field, such as Inventories, Property Audits, Property Viewings, Check in's, Check outs and Legionella Risk Assessments
* Submit comprehensive, accurate reports, submitted same day, on a right first time basis.
* Display a 'right first time' attitude to service delivery
* Build effective relationships with Clients in your area, to enhance service delivery
* Escalate queries to Senior Energy & Property Partner promptly and take ownership of resolution
* Attend weekly conference calls with Senior Energy & Property Partner

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

Essential

* Full UK driving licence, own transport and appropriate insurance - Essential
* Face to Face client relationship experience
* Ability to self-motivate and work on your own initiative
* Excellent IT skills
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
* Show flexibility and adaptability to deliver a diverse range of products
* Diligent, trustworthy and respectful when working in client's homes
* Educated to 'A' level standard

Desirable

* DEA/GDA qualification - desirable
* Educated to 'A' level standard
* Experienced DEA, minimum 12 months experience - desirable
* Experience of undertaking Inventory related property inspections - desirable
* Experience in the Property Services sector - desirable
